Concierge App contains hotel-specific commands and requests, and any information relevant to the Hotel facilities and third party services. In-room IoT devices may also be managed by voice from the App.
Realtime Speech to Text and Natural Language Processing
VOICEii uses Natural Language Processing to translate requests in the guest language to the local language, delivering the request to the property management system (PMS) in real time.
Property Management System (PMS)
The PMS automatically delivers the request in the local language to the appropriate department for fulfilment (e.g. Housekeeping, Concierge, Front Desk, Room Service) at the same time confirming in the guest’s language that the request is being managed.
Data Logging and Analytics
The VOICEii Content Management System (CMS) relays relative actionable data to hotel department mobile devices and sends master records to a central server. Customisable data analytics allow actionable insights to monitor and improve performance.
