VOICEii is a multilingual Across language Voice Assistant that enables guests and staff to communicate in multiple languages.
Guest downloads VOICEii App from Android or Apple Store to personal device
LOGIN | SELECT LANGUAGE
Upon arrival at hotel, guest logs in in own language with QR Code or via Checkin via PMS (integration required)
Guest requests service, information and receives realtime reply in chosen language with immediate follow up.
Management system displays guest request details filtered by guest, request type, department and status.
ANALYTICS | INSIGHTS
Management reviews requests and performance. Adjusts resources, service levels accordingly.
Guest profiling allows VIP service follow up where appropriate.
VOICEii Guest Assistant
Guest opens the VOICEii Virtual Across Language Voice Assistant from the app menu, available on Android and iPhone devices (English is default language). Guest selects preferred language from a dropdown menu. Click Next.
Login to Hotel
Guest accesses Hotel Voice Assistant by scanning a QR code at reception or posted in the hotel. Where the App is integrated into the hotel PMS, Guest access is automatically provided upon completion of check-in.
Guest Stay Details
The next screen shows successful access to the hotel branded VOCIEii App and confirms Guest Stay Details and any other bespoke information provided by the hotel such as room number and VIP status.
VOICEii Main Screen
On the VOICEii Main Screen, the Guest asks and receives realtime answers in preferred language for help including: Information, requests, services, room control, reservations, local weather and access to other travel services.

Cloud Management System
The VOICEii system is a licensed cloud-enabled system accessed by secure login. Logs are stored securely on the server. The Saas allows permission levels, access on multiple devices, integration with the Hotel Property Management System, Third Parties.
View Request by Guest | Department
Guest requests are logged on the system in the guest and the local language. A reply is sent in the Guest language. The request is routed (automatically if integrated with the PMS) to the appropriate department for action and follow-up as required.
Mobile Access by Department
The Hotel system routes information requests via PC terminals and/or mobile devices to Concierge, Front Desk and routes requests to departments for action – e.g. Housekeeping, Room Service, Maintenance and so forth.
Analytics: Insights, Behaviour, Performance
All Guest requests are logged securely on the server and may be accessed for insights on needs, behaviour, popular requests, facility levels to identify and improve service levels and (re)allocate resources where appropriate.
